The Community Hospice continues to touch the lives of many throughout all eight counties in the Capital District and beyond.

The WALK for Hospice has grown over the years and serves as a healing environment for our families, caregivers, and our clinical team. The money raised, from our WALK, provides our patients and their loved ones the programs and services they need. In order to continue to provide these much needed programs and services within our community, we rely on the generous support of individuals and businesses and we hope that you will join us.

By participating you will…

  • Remember and honor those who’ve touched our lives.
  • Ensure hospice services will always be available to help our loved ones and their families.
  • Provide more than 4,000 local patients care from The Community Hospice each year.

  • Individuals who donate $100 or more will be entered into a Fitbit drawing in which there will be multiple winners

Easy to find us Easy to WALK

The Siena Campus is on Route 9, Loudon Road in Loudonville, just a couple miles south of the Latham Circle. The WALK itself takes most people less than a half hour. The route is relatively flat and easy for people of all ages to navigate, even those pushing strollers or wheelchairs.

Everyone who registers and joins us at the Walk will receive a complimentary 2018 Walk T-shirt and post-Walk lunch.

Upon arrival, everyone must check in or register at the Sarazen Student Union.

For accuracy in totals, the Walk website will close at Noon (12:00 pm) on June 8th – you may bring any additional donations the day of the Walk.
