My name is Sindu, I’ve been a Hospice RN since 2014, and I started this team in 2016. I wanted everyone to have a place where they felt like they belonged and didn’t have to walk alone. I coordinate this team with my friend Tiffany, she is a pediatric social worker with hospice. We have both endured multiple losses, and likely grief and loss is what brought our friendship together.

Our main reminder to everyone is that no one has to journey alone. Everyone is welcome on this team, staff, patient families, friends, and even strangers.
