Welcome to Team Jim! I have been a part of this wonderful event since the passing of my husband Jim back in 2018. I walk in honor of him and to bring awareness to an organization that allowed my husband to pass peacefully, with dignity and respect. I will forever be grateful for what hospice has done for me and my family.  Please donate to a worthy cause and keep the memory of my beautiful husband alive!
